Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in information technology
- At least two (2) years in a senior or specialist role managing complex IT projects and/or enterprise systems
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Certifications: CCISP and current Microsoft certifications demonstrating foundational knowledge of managing a Microsoft 365 tenant
- Strong understanding of networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives for modernizing the courts technology infrastructure and enhancing system efficiencies
- Serve as the primary technical lead for complex IT projects, including cybersecurity enhancements and cloud migrations
- Assess, design, and implement solutions to optimize IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases
- Provide support for application development and maintenance, including custom applications and system architecture design
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
- Offer expert-level support in various IT domains including systems administration and data management
- Identify and resolve technical issues impacting IT operations
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and vendor solutions
- Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and operational procedures
- Act as a technical liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring effective communication
- Represent the court in local, state, and industry IT committees and collaborate with external partners
