Requirements
Must:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Arabic is preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Patience and empathy when working with a diverse range of customers.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT, including familiarity with IP addresses, routers, and networking concepts.
- Competence in Microsoft Excel and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Possession of a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Handling phone calls, live chat, and emails from a variety of small business owners across the United States, guiding them on software usage while representing our company.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems related to point-of-sale devices, wiring, and networking.
- Setting up computers as basic networking or loyalty systems, which includes tasks like disabling firewalls and configuring static IP addresses.
- Assembling and provisioning point-of-sale bundles and credit card machines, managing inventory, and ensuring organization within the office.
- Willingness to climb ladders, install CAT-5 cabling, and train customers in the field, with occasional travel required in Florida for same-day returns.
