Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with existing merchants through calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Monitor merchant satisfaction, usage, and overall health
- Identify areas for enhancing workflows and boosting platform adoption
- Ensure professional and consistent communication with merchants
- Introduce and explain newly released features and enhancements
- Suggest relevant add-ons or upgrades tailored to merchant needs
- Assist merchants in enabling and configuring new features
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on feature rollout campaigns
- Foster adoption through informative, value-driven conversations without pressure
