Requirements
Must:
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.
- Experience in application support using RightAngle.
- Proficient in writing SQL server scripts and stored procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with advanced analytical, presentation, project management, and financial analysis skills.
- A proven track record of successfully driving projects to completion and cultivating strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with commodity trading and risk management.
- A successful history of troubleshooting multiple systems, including RightAngle.
- Experience in developing customizations and enhancements for the RightAngle system utilizing T-SQL, SSIS, and C# (.Net).
- A minimum of 8 years of development and support experience with RightAngle (.Net).

Responsibilities
As part of our RightAngle (ETRM application) support and development team, you will be responsible for assisting business users, which includes troubleshooting and resolving issues. Your accountabilities will encompass the delivery of requirements, documentation, technical design, testing, and implementation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct technical and functional support to essential business users, along with technical project assistance for vendor and custom-developed applications.
- Collaborating with functional leads to create plans and coordinate efforts across all business functional areas.
- Organizing and leading meetings, documenting crucial decisions, risks, and any issues that arise.
- Effectively working with minimal supervision while taking ownership of specific system areas and/or business users and managing communications between business teams and IT.
- Supporting and maintaining RightAngle, including both outbound/inbound interfaces and web services.
- Writing SQL scripts for troubleshooting and reports.
Description
This position is based in Dallas, Houston, or Newtown Square, PA, and falls under the full-time job category.
