Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience in application support, specifically with RightAngle
- Proficient in SQL server scripts and stored procedures
- Demonstrated leadership capability along with advanced analytical, presentation, project management, and financial analysis skills
- Proven ability to drive projects, deliver outcomes, and think strategically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in commodity trading and risk management
- Successful track record in troubleshooting systems such as RightAngle
- Ability to develop customizations and enhancements for RightAngle using T-SQL, SSIS, and C# (.Net)
- 8 or more years of experience in development and support related to RightAngle (.Net)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical and functional support to key business users and assist with technical project tasks for applications, both vendor and custom developed
- Collaborate with functional leads to create plans and coordinate tasks across all business functions
- Organize and lead meetings, documenting key decisions, risks, and issues
- Operate effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of specific systems and/or business users while managing communications between the business and IT
- Maintain and support RightAngle, including outbound/inbound interfaces and Web services
- Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting and reporting purposes
- Position available in Dallas, Houston, or Newtown Square, PA
