Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Experience in application support for RightAngle
- Proficient in SQL server scripting and stored procedures
- Strong leadership skills with advanced analytical, project management, and financial analysis capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects and achieve results, along with strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Background in commodity trading and risk management
- Proven experience troubleshooting systems, specifically RightAngle
- Ability to develop customizations and enhancements for the RightAngle system using T-SQL, SSIS, and C# (.Net)
- 8+ years of experience in development and support of RightAngle (.Net)
- Required experience level varies by job title: Senior Specialist/Analyst (5-8 years), Lead Specialist/Analyst (8+ years), Principal Specialist/Analyst (10+ years)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support to key business users, alongside technical project assistance for both vendor and custom applications
- Collaborate with functional leads to devise plans and coordinate work across multiple business areas
- Organize and lead meetings, documenting significant decisions, risks, and issues
- Operate autonomously with minimal supervision, taking ownership of specific system areas and managing communication between business units and IT
- Support and maintain RightAngle, including outbound/inbound interfaces and web services
- Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting purposes and generating reports
