Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Experience in application support specifically using RightAngle
- Proficient in SQL Server scripts and stored procedures
- Strong leadership skills along with advanced analytical, presentation, and project management abilities
- Demonstrated success in leading projects, achieving results, and strategic decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in commodity trading and risk management
- Proven ability in troubleshooting various systems including RightAngle
- Capable of developing customizations and enhancements for the RightAngle system using T-SQL, SSIS, and C# (.Net)
- Minimum of 8 years experience in development and support of RightAngle (.Net)
- Required experience varies by job level: 5-8 years for Senior Specialist/Analyst, 8+ years for Lead Specialist/Analyst, 10+ years for Principal Specialist/Analyst
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical and functional support to key business users, alongside technical project assistance for applications, both vendor and custom developed
- Collaborate with functional leads to create plans and synchronize efforts across all business functional areas
- Organize and lead meetings, recording crucial decisions, risks, and issues
- Efficiently manage tasks with minimal supervision, taking ownership of specific systems or business user areas, and facilitating communication between business and IT
- Support and maintain RightAngle as well as outbound/inbound interfaces and web services
- Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting purposes and generating reports
