Requirements

Must:
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required, or several years of relevant experience may be accepted as an alternative; certifications in a related area may also be considered in place of experience. - At least 8 years of relevant work experience is essential. - A minimum of 3 years of experience with RightAngle development and/or functional support. - At least 5 years of experience in .NET coding within RightAngle or other application platforms. - Strong proficiency with SQL server scripts and stored procedures. - Demonstrated leadership ability, advanced analytical skills, effective presentation and project management capabilities, and financial analysis expertise. - A proven track record of successfully driving projects to completion while achieving results and applying strategic thinking. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial. - Prior experience with the RightAngle application is necessary. - An established history of troubleshooting various systems, including RightAngle, is required. - Willingness to share support responsibilities with team members, which may occasionally necessitate 24/7 support availability.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will be part of our RightAngle (OpenLink ETRM application) development team and will be involved in both development and support for our business users. Your key duties will include: - Providing direct technical support to key business users, alongside technical project assistance for both vendor-developed and custom applications. This will require creating new interfaces, enhancing existing applications, and maintaining current code. - Developing and managing RightAngle and both outbound and inbound interfaces & web services. - Writing SQL scripts for troubleshooting purposes and generating reports. - Collaborating with functional leads to devise plans and coordinate efforts across all functional business areas. - Organizing and facilitating meetings while documenting key decisions, risks, and issues. - Effectively working with minimal supervision, taking ownership of specific systems areas and/or business users, and managing communication between the business and IT.
