Responsibilities
- I will provide first-level technical support to employees through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- I will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- I will assist with network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
- I will manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and other systems.
- I will support software installations, updates, and patches.
- I will document technical issues and their resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- I will aid in IT inventory tracking and asset management.
- I will collaborate with senior technicians on larger projects and system upgrades.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a tech-savvy individual to join our IT team and ensure our systems operate effectively. In the position of Entry-Level IT Technician, I will be the first line of support for our internal teams, assisting in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining our IT infrastructure, and helping with system upgrades. This role presents a great opportunity for me to develop my technical skills in a dynamic, mission-oriented environment.
