Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in coding with a focus on fast delivery rather than perfection

- Construct and deploy prototypes across various platforms including web and backend
- Utilize tools such as OpenClaw and frameworks for agent orchestration to expedite processes
- Make practical compromises; if it functions without issues, its ready for release
- Establish the initial technical direction for products, then document and pass them on
- Collaborate closely with founders, operational teams, and domain specialists
- Transition to new projects once validation is complete; focus on initiation, not maintenance
