Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in full-stack development with a focus on applied AI
- Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Knowledge of styling frameworks: Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
- Solid understanding of back-end languages: Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP
- Familiarity with back-end frameworks: Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot
- Proficient in creating and consuming RESTful APIs using JSON
- Experience with relational databases: MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of non-relational databases: MongoDB
- Familiarity with ORM tools: Prisma, Hibernate, or similar
- Proficient in version control systems: Git with GitHub or GitLab
- Understanding of containerization technologies: Docker; Kubernetes knowledge is a plus
- Familiar with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Heroku
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines
- Knowledge of web architecture and best practices (HTTP, CORS, caching)
- Proficient in testing frameworks: Jest, Playwright, or Mocha
- Understanding of security fundamentals (OAuth, password hashing, injection prevention)
- Strong portfolio showcasing recent projects related to AI-driven applications
Responsibilities
- Develop rapid prototypes across web, backend, and AI workflows
- Experiment with modern AI tools and frameworks such as OpenClaw or agent-based systems
- Quickly transform initial ideas into functional code
- Set technical patterns and architectural direction for projects
- Transition projects to product and engineering teams with thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with founders, operators, and domain experts to align goals
- Focus on innovative project development without ongoing maintenance tasks
- Interface directly with decision-makers to influence project directions
