Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with PowerEdge Rack/Tower and XE server systems
- Proficient in RHEL and Ubuntu operating systems
- Experience within large server environments
- Expertise in HPC operations including scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity management
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, particularly GB200/GB300 and H100/B100 series
- Knowledge of liquid-cooled data center systems, including safe handling of cold plates and heat exchangers
- Solid foundation in Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) specific to HPC/AI clusters
- Familiarity with cluster management tools such as Bright, OpenHPC, Slurm, or equivalent orchestration frameworks
- Strong mindset for Day 2 operations, encompassing incident response, root-cause analysis, and change management
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and the ability to work closely with client teams and operations staff
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize PowerEdge server environments, ensuring operational efficiency
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of HPC and AI infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex issues within the GPU infrastructure
- Conduct performance tuning and OS provisioning for Linux systems
- Administer cluster management tools to support efficient workload scheduling
- Execute incident response and root-cause analysis to address operational challenges
- Document processes, runbooks, and operational guidelines for team reference
- Collaborate with customers, providing hands-on support and technical guidance
- Develop automation scripts for operational workflows and system integrations
- Manage and maintain infrastructure automation tools for effective configuration and lifecycle management
