Responsibilities

- I utilize the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) vulnerability scanning tool to conduct scans on on-premises servers to identify potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities. - I manage software deployment using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). - I support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) by ensuring that all network devices are adequately patched and free from security risks. - I employ VCenter, VMWare, and EXSI for device configurations. - I possess knowledge of Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems. - I am familiar with servers, DHCP, Radius, Certificate Authentication, LDAP, and VPN deployment/configuration. - I have a strong understanding of Active Directory, Authentication, and Encryption.

Description


Summit Technologies is looking for a Help Desk Administrator to assist our client with the setup and deployment of DISA STIG vulnerability scans. This role involves configuring and deploying on-premises servers with DISA STIG checklists, reimaging computer systems, performing technical refreshes of outdated equipment, troubleshooting and resolving issues affecting desktops, printers, and tablets, and managing email accounts in the Army A365 Cloud. I will collaborate closely with on-premises teams to identify production-impacting outages, create help desk tickets for external agencies like DISA and NETCOM, and configure and deploy desktop software, VOIP phones, and printers (thermal, local, and network). Additionally, I will open support cases with external vendors, including Microsoft, Cisco Systems, and VMWare, and will configure, manage, and deploy Unix servers.
