Senior Platform Engineer

- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-level integrations utilizing the Boomi platform for real-time, event-driven, and batch processing needs - Develop and manage API-based integrations, web services (REST and SOAP), EDI workflows, and file transfers among enterprise systems like ERP and CRM - Create data mappings, transformation logic, and integration workflows following industry best practices - Assist in Master Data Management and data quality tasks, potentially working with Boomi DataHub or other relevant technologies - Configure and oversee integration runtimes and environments, focusing on authentication, encryption, certificates, and optimizing performance - Establish and oversee error handling, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms to ensure integration stability and data integrity - Produce and update technical documentation such as integration designs, data mappings, and operational guidelines - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and execute integration solutions that meet business objectives - Diagnose and address integration challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and carry out corrective and preventive measures - Engage in the continuous enhancement of integration standards, reusable components, and development methodologies
