Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on backend technologies such as C#, Java, Python, or Node.js. - Strong understanding of web development principles including RESTful API design and microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience with database design and management using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB. - Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as React or Angular is beneficial for enhanced collaboration. - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus. - Strong debugging skills with the ability to optimize application performance under load. - Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with project management tools like TFS or Jira. - Understanding of software development best practices including unit testing, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities to clearly explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend services using technologies like C#, .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js to ensure reliability and performance. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to enable smooth interactions between frontend interfaces and backend systems. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components with server-side logic for cohesive application functionality. - Conduct thorough debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of backend applications to maintain quality standards. - Engage actively in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance utilizing Agile methodologies. - Create and optimize database schemas and SQL queries for databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Implement security practices to protect data integrity and user privacy across backend systems. - Use version control tools like Git or SVN for code management and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. - Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy scalable microservice architectures and support CI/CD pipelines.
