Requirements
Must:
- At least 1 year of IT support experience (experience in a Managed Service Provider is advantageous)
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and fundamental networking knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation
- Capability to stay organized and manage a high volume of support requests
- Eagerness to learn and advance in the field
Responsibilities
- Address support inquiries through phone, email, and our ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve common IT challenges (such as password resets, email issues, printers, VPN, and workstations)
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 and basic Active Directory functions
- Onboard new users, devices, and configure access permissions
- Maintain clear documentation of work and update support tickets
- Escalate complex issues with comprehensive notes
