Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of advanced experience in IT infrastructure or operations
- Proven track record in managing networks, cybersecurity, and IT personnel
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking
- Cybersecurity or network certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or multi-site operations is preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations to ensure system uptime and reliability
- Manage workload prioritization and supervise IT Specialists
- Create and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation
- Develop and implement the cybersecurity strategy, including endpoint protection and monitoring
- Lead incident response initiatives and address vulnerability remediation
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit standards
- Design and approve network and fiber architecture
- Supervise switches, routers, wireless systems, VPNs, and firewall setups
- Collaborate with ISPs and vendors for necessary upgrades and outages
- Handle management of IT vendors, contracts, and licensing agreements
- Formulate budgets and lifecycle replacement strategies
