Requirements
Must:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for solving urgent problems
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software tools
- Experience with Wireshark or other packet capture applications
- Familiarity with Linux command line interface
- Understanding of agile testing practices
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VoIP, and wireless technologies (3G, LTE, 5G) and standardized messaging protocols (T1.678, T1.IAS, J-STD-025, ESTI)
- College degree in a relevant field (BSCA preferred)
- Over 5 years of testing and validation experience (LI testing is a plus), along with IOS configuration and debugging
- Experience with VoIP technology is an advantage
- Familiarity with family switches, VLAN technology, physical layer (cable plant), layer 2 switching, routing & protocols, frame relay, and ISDN
- Capable of performing protocol analysis and dissecting data flows
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or CSTE are a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct testing, validation, documentation, and troubleshooting of Lawful Intercept (LI) solutions
- Lead customer acceptance testing (ATP) and annual retest initiatives
- Diagnose and resolve both common and complex issues with LI solutions
- Update existing test cases and develop new ones for current and forthcoming LI solutions
- Prepare and revise all necessary documentation for customer information related to LI deployments
- Collaborate with vendors to document, implement, and test resolutions for issues encountered during LI solution testing
- Establish and maintain the LI test environment and related equipment, which includes managing collection platforms and testing hardware/software
- Execute upgrades for existing LI solutions in the field when necessary
- Provide support for production LI implementations as needed
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned
