Requirements
Must:
- Preferred knowledge of electrical and general construction to comprehend the buildability of electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Revit with a deep understanding of its functionalities, including the setup and maintenance of jobs, files, families, schedules, and work sets.
- Competence in Navisworks and Bluebeam.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with office and project personnel to create BIM models for both new and existing electrical systems within commercial buildings. These models will facilitate project coordination across different trades, provide dimensioned shop drawings for prefabrication and field installation, assist with takeoffs using Revit Schedules, support preconstruction efforts, and serve as as-built record drawings.
- Conduct modeling mainly using Revit across various project types.
- Engage in collaboration through Navisworks Manage for coordination and clash detection.
- Generate dimensioned shop drawings for field installation and prefabrication, while also producing as-built record drawings upon project completion.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance at work.
- Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.
- Perform essential functions at designated office or field locations as required by the company.
- Adhere to our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy, as well as any relevant professional and ethical standards specific to the industry.
Description
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and paid weekly.
