Software Engineer (Java/Python)

- Collaborate with Customer Solutions teams to convert business needs into Salesforce-based solutions that enhance account management and customer engagement. - Perform root cause analysis on issues reported by users and implement timely and scalable solutions. - Review requirements for new features and document technical specifications to assist in development and governance. - Design, develop, and uphold custom software, database components, and automated testing code to achieve platform stability and code coverage objectives. - Manage system modifications through source code repositories, ensuring precise version control and production-ready deployments. - Coordinate QA and UAT testing efforts to confirm and validate new functionalities prior to release. - Work alongside Release Management, Technical Governance, and Change Advisory teams to ensure all solutions adhere to organizational, regulatory, and security standards. - Foster strong working relationships with business stakeholders to understand essential processes, promote adoption, and improve solution effectiveness.
