Senior Computer Vision Engineer

- Lead the design, refinement, optimization, implementation, and deployment of computer vision/deep learning algorithms for AI-driven medical technologies with minimal oversight - Utilize essential machine learning methodologies, including deep learning, feature extraction, model training, assessment, and deployment, to craft and launch computer vision algorithms tailored for medical devices - Conduct research and prototype leading-edge computer vision and AI/ML techniques to fulfill product specifications - Develop resolutions for computer vision challenges, including segmentation, object detection/tracking, pose estimation, key point detection, 2D/3D medical image segmentation, rendering, and depth sensing - Engage in the acquisition, storage, organization, annotation, version control, and processing of extensive datasets necessary for training computer vision and machine learning models - Document and share updates related to AI/ML algorithm design, development, and evaluations - Implement industry best practices in software development, leading code reviews to uphold design principles, coding standards, and Software Development Lifecycle excellence - Grasp the intended use, clinical workflows, and customer expectations associated with products and features - Create and refine engineering documents independently, including the Design History File
