- Understand customer demographics and purchasing motivations for our products - Analyze various marketing channel strategies and implications for our business - Track and present results and KPIs to leadership and sales teams - Assess competitors strengths and weaknesses while maintaining networks for competitive insights - Tailor product explanations to meet diverse customer needs - Foster customer engagement and deeply understand their requirements - Contribute to the development of key strategic documents including annual marketing plans - Comprehend what customers value regarding product attributes - Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products to customers - Design marketing strategies to enhance relationships between customers and products - Set objectives for gathering clinical evidence and evaluating studies - Align product business goals with overall company objectives - Analyze market trends and propose strategic focus areas - Develop innovative strategies, sales tools, and communication plans - Utilize clinical and technical knowledge to educate stakeholders - Collaborate with sales training teams to establish training strategies - Manage the obsolescence plan for products - Provide analytical support for pricing strategies - Set short- and long-term improvement goals for product management - Analyze customer satisfaction to identify engagement trends for strategic planning - Supply the marketing intelligence group with essential objectives and insights - Create and implement a social media strategy to boost demand and brand visibility - Track and report on digital engagement metrics such as reach and conversions - Identify key vertical sectors for targeted AED market growth through customer segmentation - Partner with professional associations to enhance credibility and extend our reach.
