Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science in Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Biomedical Engineering & 8+ years of professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Systems Engineer for intricate mechanical/electrical/software systems throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Direct technical team members in the design, development, modification, and assessment of medical device systems.
- Convert user requirements into system specifications and lead system and test architecture initiatives.
- Drive the process of allocating and breaking down requirements across a multidisciplinary project utilizing modeling, simulation, budgeting, and mathematical methods.
- Guide and support efforts to regularize the design in alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Assist team members in enhancing procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology prerequisites.
- Identify and implement design and process enhancements, ensuring their long-term sustainability.
- Coach, develop, and influence personnel across the organization, deliberately fostering inter-departmental relationships.
