Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Over 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in C and C++ programming languages
- Proven track record in implementing wireless solutions for embedded devices
- Extensive experience with wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB, and IR
- Ability to collaboratively lead strategies for integration and deployment processes
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices
- Experience in providing project-based estimates for code implementation, including time and resources
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards related to SDLC
Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor the technical team in designing and developing wireless technologies for medical devices
- Evaluate and incorporate new wireless technologies and capabilities through prototyping and testing
- Collaborate with customers to resolve various wireless and connectivity challenges in the field
- Oversee the architecture of complex systems and guide decisions on design trade-offs
- Create and review necessary documentation with project teams including requirements, design, architecture, bugs, and tests
