Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Excel (preferred).
- Knowledge of at least one programming language relevant to data analytics (e.g., Python, R, DAX, M) (preferred).
- Understanding of data transformation, cleansing concepts, and basic database structures and data modeling principles (preferred).

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with users and business leaders.
- Gather and document business requirements collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Convert business inquiries into analytical methods and reporting solutions.
- Engage in presentations and dialogues with business stakeholders.
- Query and analyze data using SQL or other analytical programming languages to support reporting and analytics goals.
- Design and oversee dashboards and reports with approved business intelligence tools.
- Conduct data and process analyses to assist with ad-hoc business inquiries and requests.
- Address and resolve reporting issues, including concerns about data accuracy.
- Maintain detailed documentation of reports, datasets, and analytical workflows.
- Uphold data governance standards, including documentation of data definitions, sources, and calculations.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to synchronize on architecture and data sourcing.
- Aid in training users on reporting solutions to encourage effective report utilization.
- Contribute to team growth by proposing enhancements to tools, workflows, and analytical capabilities.
