Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and SQL
- Practical experience reporting from Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Familiarity with manufacturing or operational data
- Effective communication skills to relay insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of additional ERP or MES systems (preferred)
- Exposure to Azure data services or Power Platform (preferred)
- Power BI certification (PL-300) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create and sustain Power BI dashboards and reports for manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, downtime, scrap, throughput, and inventory
- Develop and enhance data models utilizing DAX and Power Query
- Consolidate and evaluate data from Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations / Business Central), SQL databases, and other manufacturing systems
- Collaborate with plant, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to transform requirements into practical analytics
- Oversee datasets, refresh schedules, security, and Power BI Service workspaces
