Requirements
Must:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and administrative tools
- Strong technical expertise in Windows 10/11 environments
- Experience with software installation and printer configuration
- Knowledgeable in cloud-based systems and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Associate level (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1–2 desktop support to end users
- Diagnose and resolve issues within Microsoft 365, including:
* Outlook
* Word
* Excel
* Teams
* SharePoint & OneDrive
- Install, configure, and update software applications
- Set up and maintain printers and multifunction devices
- Assist with workstation setup, configuration, and imaging
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
- Provide support for basic network troubleshooting and connectivity challenges
- Document processes and keep accurate inventory and ticket records
- Aid in implementing cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with vendors and senior IT personnel on escalated issues
Description
We are an expanding law firm looking for a committed and professional Assistant IT Support Specialist to enhance our technology team. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology, excel at problem-solving, and have experience providing user support in a professional setting. We offer a full-time role with expected hours of 40 per week. Our benefits include a 401(k), health and dental insurance, a health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and vision insurance. This position requires a commute to our office in Nashville, TN.
