Requirements
Must:
We are looking for self-driven and enthusiastic Level 2 Client Technicians with a minimum of 4 years of IT support experience. The ideal candidates will have the ability to proficiently handle all responsibilities of a Level 1 Client Technician, solve more intricate issues through comprehensive research, and perform the following tasks:
- Build, provision, manage, and deploy on-site client network servers.
- Deploy and manage client network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve challenges.
- Communicate effectively with clients on projects to ensure successful completion and support of requests.
- Possess Network+ or Security+ Certification (helpful but not mandatory).
Responsibilities
As a Level 2 Client Technician, I expect you to be adept at:
- Performing all tasks of a Level 1 Client Technician.
- Addressing complex IT issues utilizing in-depth knowledge.
- Designing and managing elaborate network infrastructures for clients and production environments.
- Developing, deploying, and overseeing servers within production or cloud-based networks.
- Maintaining virtualization networks and technology as well as SDWAN and WAN networks.
