Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, or C++ (C# experience is not required; we provide training)
- Strong passion for software development and solving technical issues
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to quickly learn new technologies and assimilate feedback
- Ability to function both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Self-driven with a positive, growth-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and configuration of our Warehouse System utilizing C#/.NET technologies
- Help create and tailor workflows, features, and integrations based on client specifications
- Play a role in testing and validating software solutions prior to their deployment
- Collaborate closely with senior developers throughout all phases of the project, including requirements clarification, development, and testing
- Participate in site installations, user training, and post-go-live support as required
- Interact with customers during project implementation to guarantee that solutions align with operational objectives
- Gain knowledge of internal system architecture, development standards, and best practices through hands-on project involvement
- Gradually assume responsibility for specific project workstreams as your skills and experience grow
- Exhibit initiative, enthusiasm, and accountability in daily tasks
