Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a degree in a related field possibly substituting for experience
- Proven track record in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst
- 2-3 years of technical expertise with Oracle Applications and EDI including SQL, X12/XML, PHP, and REST API
- Preferable experience with AI tools, Tableau, and database concepts
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- A high level of confidentiality and reliability is essential
Responsibilities
- Conduct workflow analysis to identify and define business requirements for process optimization
- Convert user requests into technical requirements and design documents to create effective solutions
- Utilize AI tools to analyze data and enhance productivity through automation of documentation and tasks
- Research new tools and technologies to resolve business challenges
- Evaluate software options based on various factors including features, cost, and security
- Develop solutions through thorough cost analysis and requirements gathering to increase efficiency
- Propose solutions that boost productivity and streamline operations
- Design and implement regular KPI reporting including demand and service level metrics
- Ensure data integrity through careful management of data extraction, storage, and analysis
- Maintain business requirements documents and conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing
- Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and User Adoption phases
- Design and generate reports for management from various databases and provide training to IT staff as needed
- Provide second-level support for Oracle, EDI, and ERP applications
Description
