Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience with NetSuite ERP, including multiple full-cycle implementations
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect or senior consultant
- Strong leadership capability in guiding teams, mentoring talent, and managing client relationships
- Solid business insight, able to advise CFOs, Controllers, and business leaders
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and integrations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; adept at engaging C-level stakeholders
- NetSuite Certifications are highly preferred
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (no C2C, H1B, or sponsorships)
- US-based candidates only (Central US preferred; East Coast acceptable; Mountain region considered)
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead solution architect on NetSuite projects, responsible for system design and integration strategy
- Collaborate with client executives to grasp business objectives and create technology roadmaps
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to convert business processes into scalable NetSuite solutions
- Supervise and support implementation teams, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with client objectives
- Provide practical expertise in system configuration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations
- Guide and mentor consultants and junior team members to enhance their technical and client-facing abilities
- Contribute to practice growth by aiding pre-sales activities, scoping engagements, and developing service offerings
- Keep abreast of NetSuite updates, industry trends, and best practices

As a key player, youll define scalable NetSuite architectures, align technology with business needs, and ensure our clients long-term success. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $140k to $160k, benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and three weeks of paid time off in the first year.
