Requirements
Must:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented, demonstrating strong organizational abilities.
- Possession of a valid drivers license.
- DOT Medical Certification is required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
- Proficient in time management.
- Familiarity with construction machinery, tools, and materials.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Leader in executing carpentry projects such as decks, stairs, pavilions, pergolas, docks, porches, siding, roofing, trim, and other tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with the team under the guidance of the Team Leader and Carpentry Manager.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding task progress and updates.
- Ensure all carpentry tools and equipment are properly maintained, stored, and utilized safely.
- Report any equipment issues or necessary repairs to the Team Leader.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required during tasks.
- Assist with snow removal duties, such as shoveling, plowing, and applying salt/sand during winter months as necessary.

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Team Member to support various carpentry projects within our company. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality work while adhering to time and budget constraints. The position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20 to $23.75, and a schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional weekend work required.
