- Experience with onboarding and mentoring technical staff, particularly developers and AI engineers.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge in cloud-native development and secure management of application configurations.
- Proficient in the use of CI/CD pipelines within AI environments and microservices.
- Familiarity with access control, code governance, and modern programming languages.
- Experience in designing conversational agents and managing multi-agent systems.
- Understanding of scalable inference strategies and deployment model trade-offs.
- Knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity compliance standards.
- Experience with observability tools for performance tracking and logging.
- Familiarity with API testing and managing authentication processes across services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day development efforts and make pivotal technical decisions for the team.
- Transform product objectives into clear implementation strategies and sprint timelines.
- Oversee the work of developers and AI engineers within the team.
- Collaborate regularly with the Engagement Lead to support project discovery and development phases.
- Direct technical design discussions and assist in resolving inter-team obstacles.
- Manage code review processes and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Promote agile development practices including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Cultivate a growth-oriented culture that encourages experimentation and learning from failures.
- Support the onboarding and training of new developers and AI professionals.
- Engage with business stakeholders to keep them informed about technical matters.
- Work closely with the Technical Chapter Lead to align engineering choices with the broader AI strategy and business objectives.
- Represent the team in technical discussions and architecture evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding risks and technical constraints.
- Provide regular updates to leadership about key technical decisions and interactions with stakeholders.
