Requirements

Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates using various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases in recruitment software.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations and policies.
