Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end system design and integration
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle access technologies, including keyless entry, passive entry/passive start (PEPS), immobilizers, smart keys, and digital access solutions
- Strong proficiency in system-level engineering, security, and compliance with automotive standards
- Solid understanding of RF, NFC, Bluetooth, and UWB technologies
- Familiarity with cryptographic techniques and anti-theft protection
- Experience with RF electronics, antenna design, and low-power hardware design
- Expertise in communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, BLE, NFC, and UWB
- Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 and related cybersecurity standards
- Proficiency in RF test equipment and validation tools
Responsibilities
- Define and develop comprehensive system architecture for vehicle access solutions
- Establish key design specifications and documentation for access systems
- Ensure secure communication between vehicle ECUs and access devices
- Lead the integration of hardware and software components in vehicle platforms
- Oversee system-level validation across various environmental conditions
- Implement advanced security measures for user authentication
- Ensure adherence to global automotive security standards
- Conduct testing for functionality, durability, and cybersecurity
- Analyze RF performance and optimize antenna placement
- Research and explore emerging access technologies for continuous improvement
