Validation Project Lead

- Act as the main contact between the EE Validation & Industrialization (EEVI) team and Program Responsible (PR) for designated vehicle projects - Create and oversee project budgets, schedules, and validation strategies - Establish and manage ECU monitoring systems and Design Verification Plans (DVP) - Organize the construction and setup of testing facilities, including vehicle requirements for validation - Assess team needs, manage vehicle requests, and ensure readiness of testing facilities - Gather and share Software Readiness Reports (SRRs) and Component Version Verification Reports (CVVRs) - Direct validation preparations for amendments, bulletins, and series cards while evaluating their financial and scheduling impacts - Keep vehicle configurations, scan reports, and essential programming information current - Handle reservations for test properties and ensure prompt updates prior to validation phases - Assist with vehicle-level electromagnetic compatibility testing and End-of-Line (EOL) testing setup - Facilitate problem-solving using GIMS and other management tools - Represent EEVI during program assessments, quality forums, and at manufacturing sites - Guarantee timely completion of compliance documentation and participate in lessons learned initiatives - Distribute validated software for deployment across development fleets
