- Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering or related field - Strong background in automotive engineering, particularly in driveline systems - Proven analytical abilities to tackle complex problems - Experience in leading projects from initial concept through to production - Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in technical documentation and validation plan development

- Lead the design and development of transfer cases and associated components, ensuring integration with vehicle software - Collaborate closely with teams such as CAE, NVH, and manufacturing for seamless performance integration - Develop and implement validation plans, including component and system testing for driveline performance - Conduct root cause analysis to address technical issues within driveline systems - Oversee supplier design approvals through proper assessments and adherence to best engineering practices - Establish and manage engineering best practices, including DFMEA and DVP documentation - Partner with suppliers to create robust PFMEA and control plans, minimizing warranty issues - Pursue continuous improvement in designs, processes, and products through innovation - Generate detailed technical specifications to ensure compliance with functional goals - Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow driveline engineers - Identify improvement areas to cut total warranty costs and suggest technical solutions - Prepare and deliver technical reports and project updates to relevant stakeholders - Stay current with advancements in driveline technologies to enhance product designs
