Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in feature development and launch metrics
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Technical expertise in assigned domain areas, including Safety
- Problem-solving capabilities as part of a first responder team
- Ability to document lessons learned in specific domain areas
- Initiative in addressing Safety, Quality, or Warranty concerns
- Experience supporting platform and program-specific new feature development
- Skills in competitive benchmarking and customer feedback solicitation
- Ability to plan development timelines based on set milestones
- Collaborate with feature leaders and functional designers
- Work alongside subsystem architects and network architects
Responsibilities
- Ensure the consistent execution of both virtual and physical tools
- Serve as the technical authority at the vehicle level for designated domains
- Assist in resolving vehicle issues as a first responder team member
- Document insights and lessons learned within specific domains
- Take ownership of initiatives that address Safety, Quality, or Warranty issues
- Aid in the development of new features for platforms
- Support the development of program-specific new features
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and feedback sessions to inform development
- Organize development cadence according to defined goals and milestones
- Collaborate with feature leaders to establish attribute targets
- Engage with functional designers, including those specializing in Cybersecurity and Safety
- Coordinate with subsystem architects focused on HMI, Powertrain, and Cabin design
