Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in System-on-Chip (SoC) development
- Expertise in micro-architecture design
- Strong background in system-level analysis
- Knowledge of ADAS and Infotainment systems
- Familiarity with ISO26262 and cybersecurity compliance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with ARM, RISC-V, GPU, DSP, ISP, NPU, NOC, MMA, and accelerators
- Strong communication skills for technical discussions with suppliers and partners
Responsibilities
- Define the SoC architecture for Central Compute ECU hardware, focusing on advanced driver assistance systems and infotainment
- Convert high-level system requirements into comprehensive specifications for compute, memory, interconnects, and interfaces at the SoC level
- Work alongside software teams to ensure optimization of hardware regarding performance, power, reliability, and cost
- Provide guidance on SoC intellectual property blocks and design decisions
- Act as a representative for Stellantis during technical discussions with suppliers and partners
- Ensure compliance with ISO26262 standards and cybersecurity protocols
- Assist hardware engineering teams in design, architecture, and ECU development processes
- Promote innovation in future SoC architecture, including chiplets, high-speed interconnects, and sophisticated memory solutions
