SRT Design System Engineer - Engines

- Serve as a key contributor to executing and ensuring compliance with the Stellantis Propulsion System Development Process (PDSP) for assigned engine programs - Act as a critical approver for all technical decisions, timing plans, change notifications, bulletins, engine build books, and service manuals - Oversee the approval and execution of the complete engine mechanical development and validation plan for all project phases - Facilitate global cross-functional teams through root cause analysis and implementation of effective solutions - Guide Release Engineers and designers in achieving program objectives across various assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components - Direct cost reduction initiatives and conduct supplier resourcing risk assessments - Ensure successful adherence to all project commitments and targets
