Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in HVAC & Engine Systems design and implementation
- Strong technical acumen in performance vehicle engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Proven track record of managing projects from concept through validation
- Familiarity with performance validation processes and methodologies
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical aspects of HVAC & Engine System design to meet client specifications, performance goals, and quality standards
- Take charge of initial responses to issues related to HVAC & Engine Systems, leading triage and assessment efforts
- Supervise support for proof-of-concept, mule, and production builds including components and software
- Assist with development and validation activities for the Propulsion System and PFDI, including performance validation on track
- Contribute to defining and breaking down vehicle-level functional aims and performance standards
- Co-manage proactive risk management initiatives alongside Propulsion and Vehicle Quality Managers
