Must:
- Current student enrolled in an engineering program, preferably with a focus on quality manufacturing or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities
- Ability to work on-site five days a week during the co-op rotation
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Participate in meaningful projects aligned with department goals
- Collaborate with team members on quality-related tasks and initiatives
- Assist with quality engineering program responsibilities at CTC or Assembly Plants
- Conduct data analysis for customer insights and warranty data
- Contribute to quality metrics and dashboard creation
- Engage in structured activities and networking events with peers and leaders
- Gain practical experience and insights into corporate culture
