Requirements
Must:

- Proven experience in advanced problem-solving methodologies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Proficiency in Kepner-Tregoe and Shainin techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Demonstrated capability to mentor and coach others
Responsibilities
- Rapidly identify and clearly define issues, framing problems accurately
- Apply advanced problem-solving techniques to address quality and non-conformance challenges
- Act as a coach and mentor in Kepner-Tregoe and Shainin methodologies
- Plan, prioritize, establish goals, and oversee various Quality improvement projects
- Collaborate with engineering teams to recommend effective resolutions
- Lead projects and initiatives as the subject matter expert in problem-solving
- Identify root causes to develop robust and sustainable solutions
