Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in software development and quality assurance
- Proficiency in designing and executing test plans and test cases
- Ability to review technical design documents and provide constructive feedback
- Strong skills in estimating and coordinating testing activities
- Experience in creating automation scripts
- Capability to identify, document, and track bugs effectively
- Familiarity with regression testing processes
- Collaborative approach to work with product teams for testing processes
- Understanding of system requirements and stakeholder communication
- Ability to monitor and analyze debugging outcomes
- Knowledge of non-conforming software resolution and user training
- Familiarity with quality assurance metrics and tools
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and organized test plans and cases
- Provide timely feedback on requirements and design documents
- Prioritize and coordinate testing efforts
- Design and execute automation testing scripts
- Thoroughly document and track software defects
- Conduct regression tests upon bug fixes
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure new and existing products meet client expectations
- Engage with stakeholders to discern system requirements
- Oversee the results of debugging processes
- Investigate software issues and train users on solutions
- Monitor quality assurance metrics such as defect densities
- Stay informed about new testing methodologies and tools
