Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in the development of Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) systems such as dSPACE, ETAS, or NI
- Comprehensive understanding of HIL simulator hardware and ECU electrical interface definitions
- Knowledge of harness development and integration processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Software, Controls, and Calibration teams
- Experience working with interdisciplinary systems including ICE, Transmission, EE, hybrid, and BEV systems
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving HIL simulation environment issues during commissioning
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, global working environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the HIL development team and external partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish HIL requirements and perform impact analyses
- Setup the HIL simulator for specific vehicle configurations swiftly
- Address and resolve HIL simulation or integration challenges
- Conduct benchmarks and assess emerging HIL technologies
- Engage with teams on process development, methodologies, and tool enhancements
