Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead global stakeholders in identifying needs for new technologies and features in engine, transmission, and electrified propulsion systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to define and develop controls system requirements
- Serve as the technical authority on propulsion control features for Stellantis global teams and suppliers
- Oversee and maintain requirements documentation for the propulsion control system
- Ensure system quality and reliability through methodologies such as DFMEA and DFSS
- Provide support to Controls, Calibration, and Validation teams during development and troubleshooting
