Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3 to 4 engineers to achieve quality KPI objectives
- Support Corporate Quality goals and effectively communicate customer requirements to relevant teams
- Provide technical leadership for cross-functional teams in quality initiatives
- Guide skilled and non-skilled personnel in product testing and quality data generation
- Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive customer relations
- Safeguard product design integrity while addressing manufacturing challenges
- Analyze competitive data and customer feedback to enhance product performance
- Serve as the subject matter expert in root cause analysis and corrective action plans
- Interpret engineering designs and specifications for various personnel
- Drive process variation reduction initiatives
- Employ advanced problem-solving to resolve variances and communicate solutions
- Hold authority to manage product-related activities concerning quality issues
- Identify risks associated with product designs and processes, contributing to FMEA development
- Supervise rework and repair processes in alignment with engineering standards
