Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of engineers focused on electrified powertrain systems
- Develop and deliver control algorithms for electrified powertrains
- Coordinate and facilitate team activities while leading a group of five engineers
- Serve as the primary contact for all team-related issues
- Enhance processes and tools adhered to in powertrain development
- Integrate new torque controls into existing systems
- Ensure best-in-class production control across all powertrains
