Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in calibration methodologies and system validation
- Broad exposure to calibration feature development and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Collaborative mindset with leadership skills to manage complex development cycles
- Proficient in data collection, post-processing, and analysis
- Familiarity with calibration tool suites such as ETAS/INCA, MATLAB, Simulink, and Vector
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite and SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, validation, and release of powercube calibration releases
- Conduct system-level PRS validation with SRT Vehicle Integration teams
- Collaborate with calibration subsystems and vehicle teams to resolve issues
- Design and validate calibration solutions for SRT-specific features
- Mediate calibration trade-offs and resource constraints to meet program goals
- Represent our application at program reviews, sharing updates and insights
- Assist with quality gate reviews and provide necessary updates to teams
- Take a proactive approach in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Plan and conduct cross-functional test trips effectively
- Collect and analyze data during calibration release activities
- Maintain strong proficiency in essential software and tools
- Focus on aligning control feature definitions and requirements for upcoming programs
- Coordinate implementation and validation of SRT-specific control features
- Support calibration development for pre-production vehicle demonstrations
