Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience in low-voltage power distribution component development - Strong understanding of quality, cost, delivery, and performance targets (QCDP) throughout the product lifecycle - Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, engineering teams, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing - Proficiency in developing supplier consultation and sourcing packages - Experience in analyzing supplier feedback and creating Technical Supplier Assessments (TSA) - Knowledge of component development processes and APQP tracking - Capability in reviewing DFMEA and supporting PFMEA execution - Experience managing prototype deliveries and validation plans (DV, PV) - Skills in managing technical changes and related documentation - Ability to assist assembly plants from pilot phase to launch - Familiarity with cost reduction and quality enhancement initiatives - Competence in crisis management and issue resolution - Effective drafting and improvement of technical policies and standards

- Lead the development of low-voltage power distribution components, ensuring alignment with QCDP objectives - Prepare and oversee supplier consultation packages to ensure compliance - Conduct supplier management and design interface oversight - Direct the design, validation, industrialization, and launch phases of the projects - Functionally supervise both internal and external Engineering Designers - Maintain communication with project stakeholders regarding quality status, issue resolution, and deliverables - Implement lessons learned and best practices across various projects - Enhance and evaluate quality processes including DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Risk Management - Facilitate project reviews and milestone assessments with Tier-2 suppliers
